Q. What payments do you except? What are your terms for payments?
A. We take local personal checks, cash, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Terms for payments are 50% of bid down, remaining 50% due at time of installation.

Q. Do you warrantee your installation?
A. Yes. We warrantee our installation for one year, one owner, if flooring was properly maintained. We warrantee 30 days on apartments or rental units. Please call for details.

Q. What are your normal work hours?
A. Monday - Friday  8am-5pm (depending on job)

Q. If we order our flooring from you, how long till the order is in?
A. The normal order time is 10 business days from order date.

Q. Do you remove old flooring?
A. Yes. We can remove your old carpet and pad. There is an extra charge for this, though. Before removing old vinyl you should speak to your installer. Most times it is not necessary.

Q. Do you remove toilets when putting new flooring in bathrooms?
A. Yes. We do remove toilets, but do not put them back on as our insurance does not cover this.

Q. Do you move our furniture?
A. We normally do not move furniture, but when it is necessary, yes we do, with an extra charge.

Q. Do you charge a "trip charge" to come out to our house.
A. No not normally. If your house or business is more then 20 miles out of town, then there may be a trip charge.
